Job Description Eden Prairie, MN (hybrid) Contract - 3 months (potential for conversion to permanent) Pay: $25-26/hour depending on experience Join a growing team and gain great work experience Dahl Consulting is partnering with a leading company in the medical device industry. We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with employment opportunities. They are hiring a Billing Specialist for a contract role with the possibility of being hired permanently What you will do as a Billing Specialist: Responds to complex customer inquiries regarding payments, invoices, marketing billing, Call Center, and credits in a professional manner with a high degree of accuracy Documents pertinent conversations with customers in Advanced Collection Module Ensures all inquiries and issues for internal/external customers are acknowledged, acted upon, and completed in a timely, accurate, and positive manner Processes complex account adjustments, warranties, credit, rebills, finance charges, marketing billings, Call Center, and miscellaneous requests Investigates non-stand requests or problems and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures Exercises judgment within procedures and practices of the department Focus on company policies, procedures, and values along with personal growth Willing to learn and adapt to business and industry knowledge Builds productive internal and external working relationships Follow HIPPA laws Other duties/responsibilities as assigned What you will bring to the role as a Billing Specialist: Associates and Bachelor---s degree 2 years of experience working in data entry, preferably in accounts receivable Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Oracle Good communication skills required Ability to problem solve Detail-oriented Company Description Our promise is simple.
