We are leading the way in healthcare technology. - -This position is within the Financial Operations Team which is the central department, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application and AR Solutions/Collections. -This position resides in the Cash Application Team, and will work closely with the department managers and accountants. -They will be responsible for blackline reconciliations, cash metrics, refund validations, and project testing.
If you are located in Eden Prairie, MN, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Hybrid role. 3 days in office two days remote
Primary Responsibilities:
Validate all refunds in PS ERP and AccPac
Research complex payment issues
Prepare and analyze monthly cash metrics and trends
Prepare Blackline reconciliations
Provide coverage for Domestic and Int'l cash postings
Provide user acceptance testing
System/ERP/Treasury projects key player
Provide effective communication and training to internal and external partners
Drive for standardizing each process
Cash subject process expert

Required Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance with a minimum of 2+ years work experience
2+ years of cash posting process experience or
Business to business Accounts Receivable process and experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools - excel pivot table and V look ups

Preferred Qualifcations:
Experience in large scale ERP environment
Prior experience working in a global organization
Prior experience with PeopleSoft AR Module, and AccPac
Advanced communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Quick learning agility, resourceful, self-motivated, self-managed and works independently
Ability to problem-solve. -Gather and analyze information skillfully
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
