Financial Analyst, you'll collaborate with an elite team of
accounting and finance professionals who impact decisions that help
millions live healthier lives. -This Senior Financial Analyst
position is a key member of the Optum Insight Innovation Finance
team, responsible for analysis supporting breakthrough growth ideas
and managing a portfolio of innovation at various stages in the
development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a curious individual,

take on some tough challenges. -Primary Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Optum Insight
innovation leaders to deliver scalable innovation targeting
difficult problems in health care
- Create financial models that capture the opportunities and
risks associated with innovation projects, based on in-depth of
market need and new product benefits
- Partner with centralized Finance resources to facilitate
capital approvals, monitor ongoing project performance and manage
financial forecasting of the portfolio
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support
commercialization execution
- Develop and maintain reporting to clearly communicate
innovation portfolio composition, project status, forecasted
performance and variances to planContinuously improve efficiency
and effectiveness of processes used to manage innovation processes
and associated capital allocation -You'll need to eat, sleep and
breathe data so you'll be able to tell the stories that need to be
told. You'll be expected to understand and incorporate industry
specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and
support fact-based business decisions. Your recommendations will go
to all levels of leadership so the spotlight is firmly on you and
your financial skills. -You'll be rewarded and recognized for your

-Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in relevant field (Accounting, Finance,
Economics)
- 2+ years of financial and/or accounting experience
- Financial analysis and planning experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office products (Word,
PowerPoint)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this

- Experience anticipating accounting, financial reporting,
forecasting, and operational issues, assessing their implications,
and developing and implementing an appropriate action plan.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence
across a matrix environment to drive revenue growth.
- Executive presence, communication and influencing skills with

Policy. -Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary
range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary
range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700. Pay
is based on several factors including but not limited to education,
work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
