Job Description:
We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a dynamic and very
well known medical company in SW suburbs. This is a Contract
opportunity for 10+ months with a great possibility of being
permanent! This position will be IT based and requires experience
sourcing within the technical community (engineers, business
analysts, project managers, developers).
Strong sense of urgency and self-motivated will be keys to success
in this organization. You will be responsible for sourcing for own
candidates utilizing online resources and networking. Must be able
to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels and
drive the quality of the hires.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Create and maintain a network of quality candidates
? Pre-screen applicants over phone
? Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work
history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements,
and to provide information about the organization and position;
provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to
potential applicants
? Schedule interviews with clients for qualified applicants
? Utilize Internet recruiting sources to identify and recruit
candidates for the office in general and for specific projects
? Maintain monthly standards
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
? At least 1 year of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 6
months of IT recruiting
? Excellent written and verbal skills
? Professional appearance
? Detail oriented
? Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
? Must possess excellent organizational/time management skills
? Must be multi-task oriented
? Proven ability to work with people at all levels
? Must be flexible and a team player
? The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a
strong sense of urgency
